I need a rechargeable MN21 battery. I was dumbstruck finding out those are nowhere to be found. They do exist in some solar powered LED garden lamps and candles, but not available as a battery pack.
Anyone has an idea where to obtain such?
Every time I see Human Revolution and Mankind Divided on sale I have the urge to buy them again. Such great games. Can't believe they dropped development and MD is already nearing a decade in three years.
I am still using a USB C to HDMI 2.1 Adapter in combination with a HDMI 2.1 cable on my LG C1 and RTX 2080 set up. It does 4:4:4, 4k and 120Hz, but it is either VRR with 60Hz or 120Hz without VRR.
Is there now a cable that does all of it; DP 1.4 (a?) to HDMI 2.1 and 4k + 4:4:4 + VRR + 120Hz +...
Looking for a light weight volume control adapter to plug between 3.5 mm headphones and a 3.5 mm extension audio cable, something like this, but more a handy slim shape, rather than an unhandy box.
I assume there's no such thing, so one featuring a cable on one end would do, too. The Koss V20...
I will look into a uGreen cable (I actually need a Micro-USB cable, not Mini), but I remain skeptical, because I've seen unboxing videos and they talked about how flexible it is, yet when they unpacked it, the cable remained coiled up like a wire.
I found a razer USB replacement cable (pic) and...
Can you suggest a brand, or specific model? All the braided USB cables I had my hands on were even stiffer than the plastic coated one I have now. I see plenty of nylon braided USB cables in Online-shops and I see no reason why any of them should be any different. So I hope for suggestions for...
I am looking for a Mini-USB to USB cable that is very flexible (like those braided gaming mouse cables these days). Anyone has any ideas if there's such thing?
I finally figured out what is causing the problem. The VoLTE feature is enabled in the Network settings by default and is causing the interference when WLAN is activated and in range. Turning it off solved the problem.
Silly though, I figured that already out for the G52 and just forgot about...
Pixel 4a is too expensive and I don't really want to by old or used.
I read a review where someone had reception issues while using Bluetooth while wearing hearing aid and no such issue with another brand. Seems Motorola screwed up. They made the perfect budget phone and just messed it up...
I narrowed the issue down. When WLAN is active on the Moto G72, making a call from inside the house (landline recipient), the recipient will not understand me. WLAN off, no issue. Tried another Moto G72 unit, same problem.
Could not replicate this with my Moto G52 (but once had this issue...
I thought of it as a software issue and considered a factory reset, but I put too much effort into migrating the stuff from the old phone, because of issues, so I was not to quick about the reset. I might do it and see if a hardware defect can be ruled out.
Is there a way to backup the phone...
I have two new Motorola Moto G52 and G72 and when making phone calls from my place people hear me perfectly on the other end, but on my end the sound cuts out all the time. This doesn't happen always, but unpredictably regularly.
Used two different Samsung models in the same situation before...
Windows 11 has a pixel wide border around windows and applications, even if you remove the border color, there remains a gray border. Not a problem, but viewing content with the internet browser in PIP (picture in picture) mode, it also has the same border. You just want to view the content with...
This so much. I've been predominantly playing stealth and immersive games at evenings and nights most of my gamer life. The OLED is a revolution. I recently tried some of them again on my IPS and everything was just glowing gray, my room lit out and I couldn't see any of the details in the dark...
The absolutely worst thing about this monitor (C1) is the fact that you get used to it. I keep switching to my IPS 32" often to keep the C1 experience fresh.
It is not perfect if you have no room real estate (small desktop table). To me the real advantage of a 48" is that I can use it at a much greater distance and still have a big monitor.
Gaming on my 48" feels like I'm gazing into the distance. Once I went back to the 32", gaming felt like my...
I knew pricing would be high on those. Paid exact same for the 48C1 as the price of some gaming 32" IPS' available at that time (while the technology is infinitely better than those LCD's) and enjoying it since November with no care in the world.
Of course, at some point those new OLED's will...
It is not preference, it is objective. Glossy is superior in every way, except when a lot of light is involved, than it is inferior in every way. It is just that black and white.
The best compromise is an antireflective coating, good for everything, excellent in none. It is just all gray then.
The thing that blew me away with 48" C1 is how almost 1:1 life sized everything looks, while you still have a large peripheral field of view without tunnel vision. With the perfect black it is the closest thing to virtual reality while still using a monitor.
I had my Dell U2711 for about 9 years. It was so good that I never looked for an upgrade. Upgraded to a 32" LG only because I physically damaged the panel of the Dell and despite 4k on the LG, the overall experience has been worse (too much glow, worse colour accuracy, etc).
The Dell was the...
It is the same question that I have. I was looking for a larger than 32" monitor, but all you get is ultrawide, which is basically 1440p with extra width. I needed a proper 4k 16:9 variant that is larger than 32", however. Didn't exist.
Most IPS' currently stick to the abysmal 1000:1 contrast ratio, except LG. I couldn't believe how bad M32U's picture looked compared to my LG32UD99 (1600:1) when it comes to watching movies or having dark content in games. Washed out just like an old CRT.
I think LG's UltraFine monitor has even...
@XoR_:
Thank you. Some things are clearer now.
I hear that a USB-C to HDMI 2.1 adapter allows you to use 4k 120Hz and 10bit, it only lacks VRR. Unfortunate.
I have an RTX2080 with only DisplayPort 1.4 connectors. I'd need an DP 1.4 to HDMI 2.1 adapter cable. Will it work without issues, so I get the 4k 120Hz?
Can you recommend a good one that is 3 Meters long (~10 feet)? My current 3 Meters DP 1.4 is from Club3D.
The monitor weights about 15kg (~33...
Same. Also I don't like to look at a night sky, then slowly pan the view and most of the smaller stars just fade away. As well the overshoot. Balanced and Speed both have their advantages, but also disadvantages, but nothing is ever right.
The panel has good contrast and deep blacks, but the...
So I take it you would choose the C1 then? I'd need an adapter or new cable, any suggestions? The size is a shame. Could wait for LG's 43" OLED next year, but it will come at an unaffordable price anyway and you'd need to wait double time for it to drop.
If you could buy an LG C1 for the same price, what would speak against it, or for the FV43U? Talking about gaming and movies only, no general desktop use.
